Work with the operators at the facility sites including subcontractors, chief engineer, and internal service providers to ensure the facilities operate efficiently.
Attend the on-going training of the Facility Operators.
Assist in maintaining the Plant Operating Manual.
Assist Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) team with coordination of Engineering Construction Management (ECM) implementation with O&M team.
Assist with coordinating on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with the remote support services team.
Review energy usage on a daily basis for the facility and provide guidance on best practices and modifications of current operations.
Manage and direct the day-to-day work of the onsite O&M team.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Well-versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering).
Preferred: 0-2 years of experience.
Travel: 5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
Physical activities: Climbing stairs; ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles; moving about to accomplish tasks; repeating motions including wrists, hands and/or fingers.
