About the role
- Responsible for establishing and monitoring quality processes across the entire BVG system
- Develop and coordinate an operational quality monitoring program
- Prepare variance analyses and derive corrective action proposals
- Support implementation of measures to improve quality
- Identify opportunities for improvement and assist departments in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Knowledge, skills and experience in quality and project management
- Experience in quality management, ideally in the public sector or within comparable regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and a structured working style
- Knowledge of or certification in Lean Management and Six Sigma
- Clear, structured advisory communication with various stakeholders at management level
