About the role
- Actively support and participate in sales activities, including identifying upselling opportunities and shaping service offerings.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Manage and ensure the delivery and quality of continuous services for designated customers.
- Align internal and customer resources to deliver optimal service outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of M-Files’ service management practices.
Requirements
- A strong track record in sales or sales support, ideally in a B2B technology environment.
- Experience in identifying customer needs and contributing to solution development.
- At least three years of experience in service management, maintenance, and delivery of information systems
- Technical fluency: you’re comfortable engaging in discussions around various technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting, reporting, and influencing stakeholders
- A precise and reliable approach to managing schedules and commitments
- Motivation and ability to contribute to the development of M-Files’ service management practices
- Fluent communication skills in both German and English
- ITIL and IPMA certifications are a plus
