• Technically correct setup of travel products and ensuring their bookability
• Recording and maintenance of product master data based on tour calculations, contracts and trip itineraries in the WBS Blank reservation system
• Supporting the timely bookability of travel products in close coordination with the relevant departments
• Performing test bookings and reviewing and correcting master data to ensure high data quality
• Analyzing products for feasibility and bookability — offline, online and in external booking systems
• Identifying optimization potential in data and production processes

• Negotiate independently with international partners such as hotels, agencies and transport providers
• Develop new long‑haul travel offers — from the initial concept to a market‑ready, bookable product
• Set prices, analyze margins and ensure the commercial viability of your products
• Take responsibility for the quality and performance of your trips — before, during and after launch
• Monitor markets, trends and competitors and identify new opportunities in your target destinations
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Service to successfully position your products in the market
