About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • In the Project Management Office you ensure that projects are not only planned but successfully implemented
  • You create structure, keep an overview, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact
  • You work closely with various departments and management and act as the central point of contact for project governance, prioritization and transparency
  • Your goal: drive projects forward efficiently, create clarity and secure implementation
  • Structuring, planning and controlling projects and initiatives
  • Ensuring clear goals, milestones and responsibilities
  • Maintaining an overview of ongoing projects and their progress
  • Tracking progress, action items and decisions
  • Ensuring projects stay within time, budget and quality constraints
  • Close collaboration with departments, management and external partners
  • Clear, audience-appropriate communication at all levels
  • Preparing project status, KPIs and risks for management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in project management, PMO or a comparable role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style and a good sense of priorities
  • Experience managing complex projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills – clear, structured and tailored to the audience
  • Confident use of common project management tools and digital applications
  • Self-initiative, reliability and enthusiasm for driving things forward
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to present complex contexts clearly
