About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for planning, managing and optimizing our performance marketing activities
  • Planning, execution and continuous optimization of performance marketing campaigns
  • Focus on SEA (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), Display & Programmatic, and Paid Social
  • Further development of existing setups and identification of scaling opportunities
  • Analysis, interpretation and evaluation of campaign and user data
  • Deriving concrete actions to improve performance across the entire funnel
  • Continuous testing of new approaches, channels and strategies
  • Management and coordination of external agencies and service providers
  • Close collaboration with internal teams such as E‑commerce, Creative and BI
  • Ensuring a consistent and efficient collaboration among all stakeholders
  • Responsible for budget planning, control and forecasting
  • Monitoring relevant KPIs and continuously optimizing resource allocation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in e‑commerce or the travel/tourism sector
  • Strong knowledge of SEA, Display/Programmatic and Paid Social
  • Experience with complex account structures, automation and data‑driven bidding
  • Confident handling of common analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, tracking setups)
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners
  • Strong numerical affinity and an analytical mindset
  • Experience in data‑driven decision‑making and performance optimization
  • Structured, self‑reliant working style and strong team skills
  • Ideally experience in the travel/tourism industry
