About the role
- Blend strategy with execution to drive success of product portfolio.
- Craft compelling messaging and positioning for distinct buyer and user personas.
- Drive go-to-market activities for product launches and updates—ensure sales and marketing teams have what they need to execute.
- Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, playbooks, one-pagers, FAQs, and competitive battlecards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, growth marketing, and services teams to ensure consistent storytelling.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to keep positioning up to date.
- Measure impact of product marketing tactics; produce reports on adoption, engagement, and deal acceleration.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in product marketing or a related marketing role (B2B SaaS required; HR tech a plus).
- Experience supporting go-to-market launches or product lifecycle communications.
- Strong communication skills—confident in crafting messaging and presenting to commercial teams.
- Customer-centric mindset, with curiosity for understanding buyer needs and turning them into value propositions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while collaborating across functions.
