- Lead and execute regional strategy focused on patient access initiatives
- Build trusted relationships with patient organizations
- Champion patient perspectives for policy and reimbursement discussions
- Drive initiatives that reduce access barriers to therapies in U.S. and Canada
- Collaborate with Market Access, Government Affairs, and Sales teams
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree required; MA/MS/MBA or higher preferred
- 12+ years of overall experience (or 8+ years with MA/MS/MBA)
- 10 years of healthcare advocacy/public relations experience
- At least 3 years in a corporate (pharma or biotech) setting
- Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian healthcare systems
- Proven track record of building partnerships with patient organizations
