About the role
- Disseminate information about BeOne products and services to healthcare professionals and stakeholders
- Drive commercial negotiations and achieve territory-specific business goals
- Develop and execute robust local territory plans
- Build customized engagement plans that promote the sales of approved medicines
- Understand customer needs and establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Promote BeOne’s products through value-added interactions with targeted HCPs
- Implement sales plans aligned with marketing strategy
- Collaborate with the Market Access team to develop commercial strategy
- Organize and conduct scientific events for HCPs
- Use data and analytics to prioritize engagements and interactions
- Ensure adherence to BeOne’s standards of conduct and applicable local laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- More than 5 years of experience in relevant and similar roles and responsibilities
- 3–5+ years of oncology-specific sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) and CRM software
- Ability to interpret and explain complex clinical studies
- Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly and concisely to HCPs
- Fluent in Portuguese; English preferred
