About the role

  • Disseminate information about BeOne products and services to healthcare professionals and stakeholders
  • Drive commercial negotiations and achieve territory-specific business goals
  • Develop and execute robust local territory plans
  • Build customized engagement plans that promote the sales of approved medicines
  • Understand customer needs and establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
  • Promote BeOne’s products through value-added interactions with targeted HCPs
  • Implement sales plans aligned with marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with the Market Access team to develop commercial strategy
  • Organize and conduct scientific events for HCPs
  • Use data and analytics to prioritize engagements and interactions
  • Ensure adherence to BeOne’s standards of conduct and applicable local laws

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • More than 5 years of experience in relevant and similar roles and responsibilities
  • 3–5+ years of oncology-specific sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) and CRM software
  • Ability to interpret and explain complex clinical studies
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly and concisely to HCPs
  • Fluent in Portuguese; English preferred
