About the role
- Manage a portfolio of B2B enterprise clients;
- Identify opportunities for account expansion;
- Maintain close, proactive relationships with clients;
- Attend in-person events in São Paulo;
- Translate client needs to internal teams;
- Use data and dashboards to uncover insights;
- Be responsible for generating new business;
- Support the development of junior account team members.
Requirements
- Advanced Spanish and/or English;
- Reside in São Paulo or the surrounding region;
- 4+ years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Success, or B2B Sales;
- Experience working with enterprise clients;
- Knowledge of digital marketing or experience at technology companies;
- Previous experience in account expansion;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot;
- Familiarity with OKR methodology and metrics-driven management;
