About the role
- Support algorithm development to model future resource demand for various roles within clinical development
- Support continuous improvement of resource algorithms to be used in forecasting
- Support the creation of innovative dashboards, metrics, and KPIs for measuring forecast accuracy
- Support and develop data-driven insights and recommendations to improve resource planning
- Explore how AI can be leveraged within the context of Resource Management
- Partner with sub-functions across Global Clinical Operations (GCO) as needed to support resourcing needs
- Prepare high quality reports and presentations
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in clinical development/research operations
- Fundamental understanding of drug development lifecycle
- Demonstrated expertise in forecasting and modeling
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SQL preferred
- Advanced Excel calculations or experience with other analytical tools
- Advanced expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
