💰 £65,000 - £85,000 per year
About the role
- Manage a designated four-person team of Consultants (across both Health and Risk) in achieving best outcomes for customers
- Oversee the advice, broking and consultancy given on consultants' personal portfolio of customers as part of overall renewal projects
- Maintain own portfolio of Group Health or Group Risk customers
- Manage multiple customer projects and work assignments in line with wider Benifex customer projects and meet associated deadlines
- Deliver personal new business and new recurring revenue targets while contributing to overall Corporate Benefits targets
- Identify customer demands, needs and aspirations and work with Customer Success, Wellbeing and other teams to apply services
- Work on complex RFPs, procurement and onboarding projects, interpreting gap analysis and addressing benefit design issues
- Peer review reports and other advice to ensure accurate, regulatory-compliant advice and develop Consultants' consulting and technical knowledge
- Assist in managing complex customer requirements and provide support on customer allocations
- Assist, train, observe and mentor the team of Consultants to develop sales techniques and support Corporate Benefits growth
Requirements
- Ability to identify skill shortages and develop staff accordingly
- Must have strong Healthcare/Risk experience and excellent technical knowledge
- Must be able to mentor and encourage staff to deliver under a high pressure environment
- Confidence to make decisions and lead from the front
- Clear communication skills and ability to express expectations and decisions
- Logical decision-making and due diligence
- CII qualified IF7/GR1 qualified
- Must be based in the UK or Ireland
