About the role

  • Prospect and target potential clients, leading to effective meetings and engaging software demonstrations
  • Conduct pre-sales activities, implement marketing strategies, showcase software demos, and create compelling business cases
  • Identify client needs and craft strategic solutions that align with their business objectives
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from contract negotiation to closure
  • Drive revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with private sector prospects
  • Work with larger enterprise customers in the Nordics and participate in marketing and pre-sales events, webinars, and client-related activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues across commercial departments to support sales processes and deal closure

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of Enterprise Sales experience
  • Experience in complex Tech/SaaS sales
  • HR or HR Tech experience considered a strong plus
  • Experience winning new businesses
  • Multi-stakeholder management experience
  • Fluency in Swedish & English both spoken and written
  • Results-driven approach and strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to independently manage time in a self-leading role
  • Curious, creative thinker using multi-channel and data-driven strategies
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • (Nice-to-have) Experience in benefits tech
  • (Nice-to-have) Experience with defined Sales Methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger etc.)
  • (Nice-to-have) Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Human Resources or similar
