About the role
- As the Equipment Sales Specialist, you are responsible for driving equipment, technical and Benco services sales by partnering with regional teammates to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Soliciting new business through personal efforts and referrals from territory representatives.
- Enhancing personal skills in product and services focus areas.
- Developing healthy/productive working relationships with customers, vendors and Benco teammates.
- Serving as a consultant in helping dentists grow their practices.
- Leading assigned territory representatives to accomplish mutual sales goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
- Possess a dependable vehicle, valid drivers license, and an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel in assigned territory daily, as required for customers, vendors and Benco teammates, business and group meetings, and Customer Experience Trips as well as limited overnight travel.
- Must live within assigned work territory.
