• Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant to join our team of specialists delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions to diverse customers. You will play a key role in client workshops, solution design, implementation, mentoring, and customer enablement while ensuring best practices and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in and lead workshops to demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities, define current and desired states, and propose tailored solutions
• Build client understanding of ServiceNow functionality through presentations, demonstrations, story definition, testing, and support for both sales and delivery functions
• Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Produce high-quality documentation and training materials for implemented solutions, and deliver client training sessions
• Act as a problem solver, examining and re-engineering processes, procedures, and practices to optimize outcomes
• Internal working relationships: collaborate with solution consultants, project managers, architects, and technical consultants
• External working relationships: engage with client stakeholders including CTOs, architects, product owners, developers, IT staff, and ServiceNow support teams
