About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with customers to understand business processes and operational requirements.
- Analyse, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Advise customers on best practices for manufacturing and ERP processes.
- Configure and support Business Central implementations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and project teams to deliver successful projects.
- Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to end users where required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience within the manufacturing industry, either as a Business Systems Consultant or in an operational role such as Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, or similar.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Cloud/SaaS).
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into effective ERP solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
