As a Service Delivery Manager for Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM), you lead delivery activities and build long-term client relationships.
You are accountable for the quality of the services delivered, compliance with contractual commitments, and the overall performance of your area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Manage end-to-end delivery of projects (design, go-live, deployment) while ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and the profitability of projects.
Oversee internal and external teams (consultants, project managers, architects, partners) and track project progress.
Participate in pre-sales activities: responding to tenders, estimations, presentations, and commercial proposals.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage sensitive situations.
Support clients in their digital transformation initiatives.
Drive the financial performance of the activity: margins, utilization rates, billing, and payment tracking.
Manage, lead, and develop teams with the support of middle managers (recruitment, training, evaluation, and engagement).
Contribute to the growth of the Professional Services business and to the continuous improvement of methods, processes, and best practices.
