Client Partner

• Manage the sales process and act as a key contact for LVMH VIC clients.
• Develop and engage new guests and UHNWI within their micro communities by providing customized advice and introducing them to discover the Belmond brand.
• Establish and develop relationships with targeted existing guests to enhance clienteling experience and increase cross portfolio sales achievement.
• Contribute to Belmond’s KPI achievement and apply all sales related procedures and guidelines.

• Establish and nurture a partnership relationship with all key contacts, Private Client leaders, decision makers, and influencers within all the LVMH maisons on a regular basis to ensure Belmond remains front-of-mind at all times.
• Plan LVMH educational trips to key Belmond destinations as defined in the quarterly / annual sales action plan, and escort these trips if necessary.
• Communicate all seasonal promotions for the global Belmond portfolio to support all properties achieving their budgeted revenue, especially in shoulder seasons.
• Make full use of all selling, negotiating and closing tools to increase B2C conversion ratio from the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and property teams to develop events that support revenue targets and market growth.
• Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring all initiatives remain within financial guidelines while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
• Evaluate event performance through post-event analysis, measuring impact on brand awareness, lead generation, and sales outcomes.
• Provide feedback and information about latest market conditions and newest trends to the direct manager.
• Execute an ongoing prospecting plan, adding new active end consumers to the portfolio of B2C.
• Master usage of all available BI tools provided by Power BI, and implement a regular strategic analysis of markets, properties and account performance.
• Acquire a complete understanding of Belmond distribution channels and B2B approach, and work in collaboration with BCOs and PSTs whenever a third party is involved in a B2C booking process.
• Maintain a clean and up-to-date database of all owned contacts, ensuring all sales activities are promptly logged into OSC, while analyzing and evaluating direct client productivity (past, current, and future) to support the achievement of individual customer targets.
• Manage expenses through tight control, maintain annual costs within allocated resources.
• Prepare all production and sales reports as requested by the direct manager.
• Maintain a proactive role in social media and support the Corporate Marketing communications plan.

Private Client Manager

People Operations

• Cultural Intelligence: Develop a deep understanding of current cultural trends, emerging personalities, and relevant storytelling opportunities to position Belmond at the forefront of luxury travel and lifestyle conversations.
• KOL Identification & Curation: Proactively source, recommend, and engage a diverse portfolio of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), tastemakers, and celebrities for collaborative projects, including events, hosting, film production and general storytelling formats.
• Work closely with KOLs to co-create authentic and engaging content that perpetuates the legendary art of travel, captures the essence of Belmond properties, and resonates with target audiences. This includes conceptualising and executing Belmond led storytelling projects.
• Relationship Management: Continuously build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with KOLs, celebrities, influencers, their agents, and managers, ensuring seamless collaboration and a positive experience.
• Collaborate with Belmond’s cultural communications PR agency to strategically express and amplify Belmond's cultural activities and content, enhancing brand perception and reach within relevant cultural landscapes.
• Alongside the Global Communications and Divisional teams, manage global agencies – markets include: UK, USA, France, China, Southeast Asia, Australia, Spain and Brazil.
• KOL Strategy: Plan and implement the global KOL strategy for the Belmond brand, aligning with overall brand/product strategy and ensuring cultural relevancy. Work closely with the Global Communications team to plan and implement key KOL activations and hosting opportunities that align with the annual communications calendar.
• Accelerate community growth by strategically engaging and managing a diverse range of influencers.
• Work in collaboration with PR, Social Media, and Brand teams to maximise advocacy opportunities and performance across all brand and property initiatives.
• Organise and manage global influencer trips to amplify visibility of key global/local initiatives and product launches.
• Hire and manage Talent/Influencer agencies when required, overseeing contracts and deliverables.

Sales

• The Director of Sales, UK reports to the Divisional Director of Sales, Southern Europe & UK and will oversee all outbound sales from the UK & Ireland, driving revenue growth, client relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams in the outbound field.
• Overseeing the sales activities for UK this role is responsible for driving performance of the sales teams, achieving and exceeding goals of revenue generation.
• The Director of Sales, UK will manage the Belmond Commercial Organisation sellers (BCO) including Belmond Client Directors within the assigned geographic territories (UK) and segments (Leisure & Groups).
• The role has a focus on leading and directing the Client Directors and Client Managers and their teams as well as implementing first-class client management and new client acquisition strategies increasing the number of new active accounts through business development activities.
• This role will be accountable for meeting established revenue targets for a specific set of accounts within the geographic territories assigned for direct and personal management and development.
• The assigned geographic territories, market and industry segments, direct reports, and owned Accounts are subject to change depending on the Company’s needs and variable market conditions.
• The Director of Sales, UK is responsible for leading the development, management and growth of revenue across leisure, groups and events accounts within the assigned market, while providing strategic direction and oversight to the sales team.
• This role combines direct accountability for delivering revenue targets from personally owned accounts with leadership of Client Directors and Client Managers to drive performance across the wider portfolio.

Director of Sales

Client Manager

Performance Marketing

• Act as key coordinator for campaign rollout across all channels from briefing to delivery
• Own central campaign calendar: Focus on hero campaigns, revenue campaigns, on-property stories, events and key cultural moments, working closely with local teams and the central revenue team to ensure key property moments/revenue needs are identified early to provide a full year view
• Proactively plan ‘revenue-driving’ campaigns for need periods during the year under the framework of Slow Luxury, as well as supporting ‘reactive’ campaign pushes for properties with specific business needs
• Work closely with local teams to ensure that on-brand, best-in-class content is created well in advance of key calendar moments for each property - these assets can then be used to amplify the story at a global level
• Act as key contact for sharing back local team activations to the Belmond Brand & Marketing team through hosting regular meetings
• Act as strategic leader for content strategy across all channels - Media, Web, CRM - ensuring that all briefs take a channel-first approach to building creative that is fit-for-format
• Finesse 360 Campaign approach, putting tools in place to ensure all assets are fit for each channel and delivered well in advance of the go-live date
• Finesse the briefing process for all content, ensuring that appropriate briefing templates are in place to use at both a central and local level
• Oversee localisation/translation of assets and ensure that assets are market-appropriate
• Work closely with the media team to ensure a detailed understanding of the media plan and how assets will be amplified for all campaigns
• Elevate all central and local channels through new campaign content in line with global art direction, ensuring consistency of image quality and messaging
• Ensure our campaign content reflects all editorial pillars and supports ECH strategy, positioning Belmond as a brand with purpose
• Work closely with Art Director and team to ensure that agency assets created are fit-for-channel media, web, and CRM.
• Work closely with Editor-in-Chief to ensure the brand tone of voice is adhered to with every campaign and local story that we amplify
• Innovate - play with new formats and technologies to position the brand as a gold-standard campaign innovator
• Ensure internal PR is amplified around every hero campaign
• Responsible for building and ongoing management of reporting and analysis for campaigns using KPI frameworks/benchmarking and channel-specific studies (eg. Brand Lift) as well as various measurement tools (GA4, Power BI)
• Feed campaign learnings into future campaign planning - what worked/what didn’t
• Ensure appropriate digital tracking is set up across all channels for every campaign
• Provide summary and insights to the wider business post-campaign
• With channel owners, look to implement a consolidated tracking dashboard
• Regularly evaluate new opportunities and processes when it comes to measurement, leaning on LVMH methodologies/learning programs
• Attend LVMH training session to understand best-in-class campaign practices
• Develop understanding of how data can inform campaign strategy
• Develop channel knowledge and a better understanding of the purpose of each asset in the sales funnel
• Coach and guide local teams, share best practices and run training sessions on how to create effective campaigns, in turn moving us to a point where local teams are pitching campaigns/content to the central team rather than the central team chasing local teams for content

Brand Campaign Manager – Maternity Cover

• Oversee the full media-buy strategy for the Belmond group to drive awareness, engagement and conversion, working closely with VP Marketing.
• Responsible for effective execution of said media strategy, managing central and local budgets to deliver top-performing campaigns and always-on media, working closely with Paid Media Manager, Global and agencies of record.
• Channels of responsibility include print media, OOH, paid search, display advertising, local search, metasearch, paid social advertising and partner programmes.
• Tracking, measurement and analysis of campaigns will be a crucial component of the role, with clear reporting and ways of keeping local teams up to date with how their media spend is performing.
