Product Designer

• **Primary Responsibilities Include**
• - Collaborate with the management and operations team to understand the operational brief of the space.
• - Create a concept narrative and agree on the direction with the Interior Design Director.
• - Design a full concept and present selected projects to the design review committee for final sign-off.
• - Develop designs to adhere to Belmond brand guidelines and project budgets.
• - Create full project documentation and liaise with the operations team, Project Director, or property engineers to deliver the projects on time, on brand, and on budget.
• - Visit furniture manufacturers for prototype approvals.
• - Attend site meetings to ensure successful installation.
• - Accessorize and style spaces once installation is complete in preparation for photography and launch.
• - Work alongside the Procurement Director to identify potential suppliers to include in the Belmond Interior Design library.

Interior Design Manager

Director

• Drive revenue generation within groups and events sales by developing and executing comprehensive sales action plans, managing key accounts, and fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners. Maintain frequent contact with property-based sales teams.
• Qualify leads, prepare detailed offers and manage negotiations to result in confirmed bookings.
• Lead, guide and mentor a team of sales professionals across the UK and Europe to develop and deliver their strategic sales action plans resulting in exceptional team performance.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with key contacts within owned accounts and conduct property/product training, host client events, and plan educational trips to key Belmond destinations.
• Analyse market conditions, trends and competitor activities to provide valuable feedback and insights to the Divisional Director and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with the Divisional Director of Sales and other teams to ensure strategies are aligned. Assist and actively participate in the organisation of sales events, trade shows and the Belmond Conference and Incentive Planners Advisory Board.
• Maintain accurate account databases, manage budgets, and prepare sales reports.
• Ensure operational efficiency and strategic execution.

Marketing

• Lead the development of robust and localised brand & marketing initiatives

• Provide strategic and tactical support to maximize visibility for global activities
• Strengthen Belmond’s presence in the USA through targeted marketing
• Identify market opportunities and create a 360-source city marketing strategy
• Plan and execute micromarketing events and activations in key source cities
• Ensure brand messaging is consistent and resonates with target audiences
• Initiate, manage and execute multi-channel media campaigns
• Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis
• Cultivate relationships and partnerships with LVMH Maisons and industry stakeholders

Marketing & Communication Director

Manager

• Manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a Data Scientist, fostering a high-performance environment focused on innovation and delivery of AI solutions, encompassing both traditional and generative approaches.
• Develop and execute the company's AI strategy, encompassing both traditional AI techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, classification, regression) and Generative AI models. Identify opportunities to apply these technologies to improve guest experiences, streamline operations, and increase profitability.
• Oversee a portfolio of AI projects from conception through deployment and production, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This includes managing resources, mitigating risks, and tracking project progress across all AI initiatives.
• Lead the development, training, and deployment of a variety of AI models, including but not limited to Traditional Machine Learning models for tasks such as customer segmentation, optimisation and forecasting, and Generative AI models for tasks such as knowledge agents, contact centre support models, itinerary builders, HR assistants etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Contact Centre, Sales, HR, Revenue Management) to understand their needs and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions leveraging the most appropriate AI technique.
• Stay up to date with advancements in both traditional AI and GenAI, evaluating their potential application within the company. Proactively seek out and implement cutting-edge technologies and techniques across the AI spectrum.
• Use Data Engineering to ensure the availability of high-quality data for all AI model development initiatives. Contribute to the design and maintenance of the AI infrastructure to support both Traditional and GenAI models.
• Clearly communicate AI concepts, strategies, and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences, including management, ensuring that the explanation is tailored to the audience's understanding.
