Maintain and improve software supporting CMS Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR)
Modernize systems to reduce provider burden and minimize CMS costs
Translate user and business needs into digital product features
Work as customer-facing Product Manager in cross-functional agile teams
Use human-centered design and service design practices to inform product decisions
Build trust with a wide variety of stakeholders and advise on product vision and roadmap
Define, write, and test requirements, acceptance criteria, and definition of done
Identify risks and implement mitigation techniques
Coach and mentor peers on agile practices and support product discipline activities
Participate in program-level communities of practice and support business development as needed
Requirements
U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship
Has been living in the US for at least the past 3 years
Successful candidate is subject to a background investigation by the government and must be able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust
Medical or recreational marijuana use may affect ability to obtain Public Trust
5 or more years as a Product Manager building digital products in a cross-functional agile environment
Expert knowledge of agile frameworks and principles and ability to coach and mentor peers
In-depth knowledge of the requirements management cycle with excellence in defining, writing and testing requirements, acceptance criteria and definition of done
Superior relationship building skills in large, complex stakeholder environments
Exceptional communication skills across business, technical and creative stakeholders
Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or contracting role
Management of complex systems and lower environments
Experience augmenting infrastructure platforms and devops
Experience deriving accurate business value to stakeholders and managing tradeoffs
