• Develop and execute verification tests for electronic actuators and hydronic valves, validating product behavior against design and functional requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Python and Robot Framework to improve test efficiency, repeatability, and coverage.
• Verify operation of integrated sensors (flow, temperature, torque, position) and I/O performance through internal analytical tools, automated routines, and mobile applications.

• Contribute to the development of a well-defined, global vertical market strategy with a unique Belimo value proposition for targeted, Enterprise and Colocation Data Center owner accounts.
• Execute the developed strategy effectively in the Americas region.
• Build personal relationships with executives, facility designers / managers, engineering managers, and procurement managers at targeted accounts to develop a preference for Belimo products at those accounts on a regional and/or global basis.
• Provide a superior level of support to target accounts regardless of the sales channel they choose to use to procure Belimo products through.
• Position Belimo’s customization and technology advantages, tailored to the desires of specific target accounts, to help create value, brand preference, and long-term loyalty.
• Make use of CRM to communicate target account project details to all involved Belimo personnel.
• Work closely with Belimo team members across all sales channels to insure successful sales outcomes on projects involving targeted accounts
• Develop annual revenue goals for target accounts and utilize CRM to track achievement against those goals
• Develop and maintain a database of all known projects in “sales funnel” including demand forecasting and insure the appropriate Belimo team members are kept informed of project specific developments.
• Share best practices and coordinate the pursuit of global data center projects with Belimo Data Center BDMs in the Asia Pacific/Europe and Middle East regions.
• Ambassador to Tech Community and Industry Associations; active and network within data center industry trade organizations

Regional Business Development Manager – Data Centers

Sales

• Responsible for the successful sale and support of Belimo’s Commercial HVAC Electric Damper Actuators and Motorized Control Valves.
• Build strong relationships with Belimo’s Customer/Partner, Control Contractors and Control Distributors.
• Maintain and grow existing repeat business through outstanding service, relationship building, and product knowledge.
• Develop and drive new business utilizing “pull through” sales efforts.
• Prepare and conduct effective sales presentations and respond to product application questions.
• Work closely with Product Management and R&D to develop innovative customer solutions.

HVAC District Sales Manager – Northern California/Oregon

• Maintain and grow existing repeat business through outstanding service, relationship building, product knowledge, and application knowledge.
• Develop and drive new business utilizing “pull through” sales efforts with End-Users, Consulting Engineers and other non-purchasing accounts for the purpose of creating specifications and demand for Belimo products.
• Demonstrate a value added approach to the sales/support cycle by utilizing market knowledge and planning tools.
• Work closely with Product Management and R&D to develop innovative customer solutions and be “first to market” on new business opportunities.
• Develop a proactive response to customer needs and business priorities utilizing Belimo resources and operating in a time efficient and organized manner.
• Prepare and conduct effective sales presentations, Belimo University Programs and Lunch & Learns to customers and respond appropriately to product application questions.
• Become a trusted advisor and solution provider to our customer by demonstrating knowledge of products, product applications and systems including: valves, actuators, dampers, retrofits, mechanical systems, control systems and wiring considerations.
• Effectively utilize sales tools including: BEST, BW, Select Pro, etc.
• Work on special committees and projects as needed.
