About the role
- Provide executive-level support to the Director of Sales
- Manage administrative tasks and team logistics
- Represent the company in virtual and in-person interactions
- Act as a liaison to the team, clients, contractors, and partners
- Anticipate the Director’s needs and manage tasks proactively
- Coordinate executive travel logistics
- Maintain sales metrics and dashboards
- Prepare and file weekly expense reports
- Plan and execute internal team meetings and events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience supporting senior executives, preferably in sales or client-facing organizations
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Advanced skills in Google Workspace and familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom
- Experience coordinating travel, meetings, and events with attention to detail and efficiency
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience with expense reporting, budgeting, and reconciling departmental or team expenditures
- Comfortable collaborating across departments and with external partners
- Full-time remote work
- Dedicated, distraction-free home office required
