About the role
- Be the first point of contact for IT issues: resolve and escalate requests while spotting patterns and proposing preventive measures.
- Develop and maintain knowledge articles, training, and self-service solutions to empower colleagues and reduce dependency on the helpdesk.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on automation, security, and employee experience.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of hardware and software assets and SaaS inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Support identity and access management: configure new software, optimize and maintain tool stack settings, manage identities, and monitor for suspicious activity.
- Proactively seek opportunities to streamline workflows, introduce scripts or tools, and reduce repetitive manual work.
- Work closely with IT and Security leadership to deliver modern SaaS solutions and optimize the automated IT environment for 600+ employees worldwide.
Requirements
- A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and strong sense of ownership.
- A quick learner with previous IT support experience and familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Passion for automation and continuous improvement, always looking for ways to make IT simpler, faster, and more effective.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Thrives beyond routine tasks, embracing new challenges and stepping in to create meaningful impact.
- Experience with scripting (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, or Javascript) or iPaaS tools (Zapier, Workato, Okta Workflows).
- Familiarity with Apple or Windows device management platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Polish and/or German language knowledge is a plus.
- Educational background in technical related degree.
