As the CRM Developer and Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, development, and customization of our Dynamics 365 CRM system to meet the needs of our business.
Work closely with various departments to ensure the CRM system supports our business processes and objectives.
Administration: manages and maintains the Dynamics 365 CRM environment, including user accounts, security roles, and permissions.
Administration: monitors system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Administration: performs regular system updates and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
Administration: develops and maintains documentation for system configuration, processes, and procedures.
Development: customizes and configures Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements, including creating custom entities, fields, forms, and workflows.
Development: develops and implement plugins, custom workflows, and integrations with other systems using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
Development: collaborates with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Development: conducts testing and debugging of customizations and integrations to ensure quality and functionality.
Support and Training: provides technical support and training to end-users to ensure effective use of the CRM system.
Support and Training: develops and deliver training materials and user guides.
Support and Training: assists with data migration and data management tasks, including data import/export and data cleansing.

Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator/Developer.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.
