About the role

  • As the CRM Developer and Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, development, and customization of our Dynamics 365 CRM system to meet the needs of our business.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure the CRM system supports our business processes and objectives.
  • Administration: manages and maintains the Dynamics 365 CRM environment, including user accounts, security roles, and permissions.
  • Administration: monitors system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Administration: performs regular system updates and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Administration: develops and maintains documentation for system configuration, processes, and procedures.
  • Development: customizes and configures Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements, including creating custom entities, fields, forms, and workflows.
  • Development: develops and implement plugins, custom workflows, and integrations with other systems using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Development: collaborates with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Development: conducts testing and debugging of customizations and integrations to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Support and Training: provides technical support and training to end-users to ensure effective use of the CRM system.
  • Support and Training: develops and deliver training materials and user guides.
  • Support and Training: assists with data migration and data management tasks, including data import/export and data cleansing.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
