About the role

  • We are seeking a Sr. Director, Platform Operations to lead the execution and optimization of Fluent’s AdFlow platform. This leader will serve as a power user of the platform, overseeing onboarding, maintenance, and performance optimization while ensuring publisher traffic is aligned with advertiser demand. The role requires close collaboration with partner success and advertiser operations teams, driving operational excellence and building scalable processes that maximize campaign impact and revenue growth.
  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Track onboarding progress of new partners integrating and new advertisers launching with Fluent’s proprietary technology.
  • Conduct QA tests to ensure proper functionality on partner platforms with Fluent’s advertising units.
  • Support partner success team in managing day to day partner operations initiatives.
  • Support client success team in managing day to day campaign operations in proprietary ad serving system.
  • Work with various internal teams for troubleshooting any technical errors, reporting discrepancies, campaign and partner performance optimizations.
  • Collaborate with team members for developing operational efficiencies in workflows within and cross functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital ad operations at DSP/SSP, ad tech company, ad agency, or ad network.
  • Strong understanding and experience with ad serving and tracking platforms such as GTM, Tealium, Tune, Appsflyer and Impact.
  • Ability to use analytical and technical skills to troubleshoot setup and delivery challenges, utilizing but not limited to Javascript, Python, HTML and CSS.
  • Creative problem solver and ability to work effectively in an emerging technology company.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to push internal projects.
