Requirements
8–10 years of experience as a senior Executive Assistant supporting executives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a strong sense of autonomy and ownership
Experience managing an office and day-to-day operations
Proven ability to navigate shifting priorities and support multiple stakeholders with confidence
Skilled in event planning, including complex scheduling, travel coordination, and internal communications
Strong project management skills, balancing multiple initiatives and stakeholder needs
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other productivity tools
Comfortable handling data management, reporting, and basic budgeting or expense tracking
