About the role
- Join the Evisort AI team at Workday, which powers Document Intelligence AI and Workday’s CLM and Contract Intelligence offerings
- Build ground breaking AI technology that can read and understand contract language to make every part of the deal-making process faster and with reduced risks
- Serve as Manager of Strategy & Operations – Product at the intersection of product analytics, customer insights, and cross-functional execution
- Operate with startup agility inside the scale of the Workday ecosystem—building fast, learning from customers, and scaling intentionally
- Serve as a key link between Product and Customer Success—bringing objective, data-driven insights from the field back into product planning
- Uncover adoption patterns, surface customer needs, and identify friction points that help guide product roadmap decisions
- Lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives that influence how we prioritize, build, and scale
- Shape product through the lens of customer health, cohort behavior, and real-world usage and build cross-functional narratives to guide roadmap tradeoffs
Requirements
- 5+ years in product strategy, product operations, or business operations with a strong focus on analytics
- Strong familiarity with SaaS metrics, customer segmentation, retention drivers, and usage analytics
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of AI-centric GTM motions, particularly the unique challenges in selling transformative technology versus traditional SaaS, and a keen ability to uncover expansion opportunities for growth
- Proven ability to analyze cohort behavior and surface patterns that influence product strategy
- Experience with product and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker, Gainsight, Sigma)
- Ability to connect qualitative customer feedback with quantitative data to build a holistic view
- Strong cross-functional program management skills; able to drive alignment across teams
- Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a bias toward action
- Deep understanding of Customer Success, SaaS metrics (e.g. NRR, retention, CAC, expansion), and operational levers for scale
- Strong business judgment with the ability to turn data into insight and insight into action
- Comfortable working across functions and levels with a collaborative, low-ego approach
