Business Development Rep

• As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the spark that gets companies excited about our product.
• You’ll be reaching out to prospects across every level - from procurement managers and lead engineers to heads of anti-fraud, platform owners, CTOs, CPOs, and even CEOs.
• Your day to day will involve:
• Igniting new sales opportunities for Prelude
• Identifying companies and people to target within your verticals/territories
• Cold calling and emailing as well as experimenting with other channels to find new leads
• Qualifying leads and pitching Prelude's value proposition
• Closing smaller deals independently
• Improving processes as we scale our business

Business Development Representative, English Speaking

Technical Account Manager

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring successful deployment and long-term satisfaction.
• Lead product demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, and technical workshops for customers and partners.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable implementation plans, coordinating with internal teams to deliver results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, leveraging internal engineering and security teams as needed.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support customer implementations and best practices.
• Act as a customer advocate by feeding insights and enhancement requests back to product and engineering teams.

Recruitment

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and GTM/Sales roles including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and closing candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring criteria, and move searches forward with speed and precision.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Origin, by creating a warm, professional, and memorable candidate experience at every stage.
• Keep our ATS (Ashby) accurate and up to date, ensuring hiring data and candidate communications are timely and well-documented.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates.
• Partner with the People & Operations team on employer branding, job postings, and process improvements as we scale.
• Collaborate with the HR Coordinator to ensure a seamless handoff from offer acceptance through onboarding.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Sales Operations Manager

• Own sales architecture, workflows, reporting, and CRM hygiene.
• Build dashboards and KPI reporting for pipeline, forecasting, conversion, and revenue visibility.
• Run forecasting and deal review cadences with sales leadership.
• Support territory planning, quota management, and operational planning.
• Administer and optimize the broader GTM technology stack.
• Improve lead routing, pipeline workflows, and handoff processes across teams.
• Support onboarding, enablement, and documentation for sales processes.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to maintain operational alignment.

Sales Operations Specialist

Artificial Intelligence

• Build AI-powered marketing workflows for content creation, segmentation, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and reporting.
• Execute campaigns across paid, organic, email, events, and partnerships.
• Develop prompt libraries, editorial standards, and evaluation frameworks that maintain a high quality bar.
• Run rapid messaging and content experiments across channels.
• Create technically credible content for security and infrastructure audiences.
• Partner with RevOps and Sales to improve attribution, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
• Maintain and optimize the marketing stack while continuously evaluating new tooling.
• Help internal teams understand how AI can improve operational leverage.

AI-Native Marketer

Full-stack Engineer

• Obsess over customer problems and ship for velocity and impact over technical pedantry
• Ship across the stack - agent, backend, infrastructure, and frontend - wherever the work is that week
• Build internal agents that automate the repeatable parts of engineering and distribute them across the team
• Define how AI-native engineering works at Origin: the context, permissions, and tooling our agents need to do real work
• Design and operate distributed systems using AWS, EKS, Clickhouse, and Kafka against real production SLAs
• Drive technical decisions on storage schemas, API contracts, and the patterns that hold up at scale in a multi-tenant environment
• Work alongside research and systems-internals engineers to turn their work into reliable production software

• Owning and managing the sales cycle for mid-market accounts, from outbound prospecting to contract execution.
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of high-value prospects across key verticals.
• Leading consultative discovery processes to understand customer needs, technical requirements, and decision criteria.
• Delivering high-quality demos and value-driven pitches tailored to mid-market use cases.
• Navigating multiple stakeholders — from product and engineering to procurement and legal.
• Consistently exceeding quota while maintaining healthy win rates and sales velocity.
