• Track sell-in and sell-through daily in mobile CRM: know your numbers, report your wins.
• Activate your territory with demos, grassroots sampling, and influencer drops that move volume.
• Stay fully compliant with kratom and state regulations.
• Own your scoreboard: door count, reorder velocity, volume per outlet, and visibility.

Outside Sales

• Lead and develop a team of Field Sales Representatives and Team Leads across an assigned territory.
• Drive new account acquisition, distribution growth, retail execution, and reorder performance.
• Conduct regular ride-alongs, field coaching, store audits, and performance reviews to improve team productivity.
• Hold team members accountable to key metrics including new doors, account retention, sales activity, CRM compliance, and revenue growth.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of field sales talent.
• Monitor territory performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans to drive results.
• Ensure consistent execution of sales processes, merchandising standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline visibility, and territory reporting.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to support market launches, promotional initiatives, and growth strategies.
• Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, ownership, coaching, and results.

National Field Sales Manager

Call Center Representative

• Make high-volume outbound calls to qualified kratom-aware retail leads — convenience stores, smoke shops, and head shops — and close first orders through the B2B Shopify portal.
• Manage every lead from first contact through close, logging all activity in CRM with accuracy and discipline. Your pipeline is your business.
• Execute consistent, high-output daily dial activity. This is a results-through-volume role — you must be comfortable making 80–100+ calls per day.
• When a prospect says call back next week — call back next week. Consistent follow-through is the difference between a good rep and a great one.
• Introduce new accounts to the full VivaZen product line. Closing on one SKU is the floor, not the ceiling.
• Maintain 90%+ CRM accuracy on all call activity, lead stages, and order entries. Your data is your book of business.
• Work with Coral and Colin to improve your close rate, refine your pitch, and accelerate your path to the Order Desk.
