Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technology, business, or related discipline required.
Minimum 7 years of product management, product development, product operations, or equivalent experience.
Experience working with credit card products.
Advanced degree (desired).
Experience working in agile an environment (desired).
Previous experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle (desired).
Self-directed and able to proactively identify business and customer needs and opportunities, overcome barriers, influence, and formulate solutions with minimal supervision (desired).
Experience in managing highly effective cross-functional teams (desired).
Previous experience determining product strategies based on voice of the member (customer) (desired).
Experience managing and maintaining vendor relationships (desired).
Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills (desired).
