Advise clients on optimizing business processes, engaging employees in change, and leveraging IT to achieve goals
Lead transformations, change management, and bridge the gap between business and IT
Lead projects by building bridges between business and IT to realize customer objectives, including strategy design, transformation management, project and stakeholder management, and implementation
Identify client needs and translate them into actionable projects
Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
Guide, coach, and train clients and colleagues
Stay up to date with industry developments and innovations and contribute to propositions and activities within the growing practice and the European BearingPoint network
Collaborate with sectors including Energy, Consumer Goods & Retail, Telecom, Construction, and Pharma
Be part of the growing Technology team and work in an open, collaborative way
Requirements
A relevant master’s degree, preferably with a technical and/or (organizational) business administration focus
3-8 years of experience in business transformations with an IT component
Proven project management skills (certifications in program or project management are a plus)
Ability to speak the language of both IT and business
Customer- and result-oriented, proactive attitude
Ability to think conceptually while translating concepts into pragmatic actions
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English
