About the role
- Lead and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers
- Assist the VP of Global Marketing & Commercial Excellence with strategy, continuous improvement, and team development efforts
- Develop and implement annual global product marketing & communications strategies
- Champion adoption of the BD Messaging Playbook and other Marketing Excellence tools
- Oversee the planning and execution of product marketing for the MDS business unit
- Oversee vendor relationships and guide teams in selecting appropriate partners.
- Utilize insights and commercial feedback to refine product marketing strategies and improve ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within medtech, biotech, or healthcare industries
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
- Strong grasp of core product marketing principles
- Deep understanding of regulatory environments (e.g., FDA, HIPAA)
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), SEO protocols, and marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while meeting deadlines
- Proven leadership experience in cross-functional and global team environments.
