Work with our Customer Department and leverage customer data to enhance audience targeting, timing and relevant related outreach calls alongside other outreach messages (sms, email, push)
Curate and develop testable hypotheses and implement journey through outbound call attempts, partnered with outreach messaging
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, design, technical/operational, and customer department teams
Improve contacts rates and conversion rates by using customer data to determine the best customers to contact and when
Data analysis and reporting- monitoring key metrics and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, communicate results and provide insights to inform future campaigns and testing plans
Understand and unlock new functionality within platforms
Requirements
2+ years of experience in customer focus and background improving customer experience, or CRM, lifecycle marketing, email/SMS marketing preferably in an ecommerce, direct to consumer business
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions and generate actionable insights
Familiarity or previous experience with customer data platforms (CDP’s), and campaign analytics
Hands-on experience with A/B testing experience
Proven track record of developing and executing retention and sales strategies across channels
