About the role
- Perform preventive maintenance, installations, and system upgrades for patient monitoring equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure minimal downtime.
- Provide on-site support and guidance to clinical and technical staff in hospitals.
- Document all interventions accurately in line with quality and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the wider technical team to share insights and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols during all service activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of APM technology and service procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronic, Biomedical Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in medical device or technical maintenance roles is an advantage but not a requirement
- Fluent in English; any other European language is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and independent working style
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
