About the role
- Support to the national customer success leader within Vision Care
- Focused on improving utilization of a pre-defined target list of large physician groups and IDNs
- Lead in best practice workflows and effectively influence customers
- Proactively engage strategic accounts and assist in onboarding new customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ophthalmology or clinical background required
- 3+ years of customer facing experience in a sales and/or sales support capacity
- 3+ years of life sciences experience with clinical experience preferred
- Technical proficiency and ability to learn software programs and troubleshoot
- Must engage with Physicians/Clinicians while motivating change by articulating the value of our solution
- Up to 30% regional travel required, including overnights
- Must live within the territory and be accessible to a major airport
