About the role
- Lead internal and external conversations about analytical capabilities
- Provide support and assist Basis's client-facing teams & clients
- Assist in the management of Basis's data visualization tool
- Drive adoption, rollout, and evolution of audience data capture and distribution and act as subject matter expert
- Develop new processes and procedures to support Basis's analytical and operational capabilities
- Aid in driving the implementation of existing analytical processes and procedures
- Mentor junior member(s) of the Analytical Operations team
- Work closely with members of the technology team to drive and operationalize analytical solutions
- Identify areas for improvement with strategy team and clients, recommend solutions, and implement them across campaigns
Requirements
- 2+ years of Marketing, Advertising, or Analytics experience
- Strong independent thinking
- Proven communication skills

- Adaptable/Flexible
- Enjoys fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) and some data visualization tool
- SQL proficiency
