About the role

  • Developing and maintaining sales relationships with CASE raw material customers
  • Hunting for new applications and customers in the market
  • Facilitating identification of new business opportunities and driving execution of contracts
  • Establishing multi-level relationships with customers as well as interfacing closely within the BASF organization to drive new projects and business growth
  • Identifying innovation needs and how BASF can fulfil those requirements.
  • Developing and implementing a strategic growth plan for accounts that will result in a measurable increase in product sales.

Requirements

  • Earned a bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business.
  • Possess 5+ years’ experience in account management, sales, or related customer facing experience.
  • Bring Chemical Manufacturing industry experience; understanding of the CASE raw material value chain is strongly preferred.
  • Are a strategic thinker focused on results and have the ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Possess excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Have strong organizational skills and ability to analyze data and industry trends.
