About the role
- Help shape and evolve Baseten's brand identity across marketing assets, landing pages, event materials, out-of-home campaigns, and more.
- Work closely with marketing and sales to deliver impactful creative.
- Collaborate with design to build a consistent, high-quality brand that connects across all channels.
- Lead design and drive alignment across out-of-home campaigns, events, collateral, and related materials.
- Evolve Baseten’s brand design system—refine, redesign, and build components where needed.
- Keep Baseten’s visual identity sharp and consistent across products and marketing materials.
- Help shape design culture and processes, setting a high bar for craft and quality; own projects end to end.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing sharp visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Experience leading design across a range of assets: landing pages, decks, events, campaigns, etc.
- Ability to lead multiple projects while maintaining a high bar for craft and quality.
- Collaborative mindset; work closely with the design team and stakeholders and own projects end to end.
- Motion design and video editing chops (bonus).
- Experience designing for a developer/technical audience (big bonus).
