• Own design for your squad's workstream from discovery through delivery, across web and mobile
• Frame problems clearly before jumping to solutions and bring structure and rationale to design decisions
• Generate multiple concepts at pace, take feedback well, and iterate without backtracking
• Work with product managers, engineers and researchers to identify the right problems and validate your thinking
• Contribute to Bark's design system and help us build something consistent and scalable
• Use data, research and qualitative feedback to ground your work in evidence, not assumption
• Use AI tools as a natural part of your workflow, for research synthesis, rapid concept generation, and design quality
