• Ensure that Barentz North America has a solid and working risk management and internal control framework
• Provide clearly defined working set of internal controls across Barentz North America
• Perform testing to provide assurance to Senior Management
• Establish and maintain a consistent internal control framework for assessing internal control risks
• Review and evaluate compliance with company policies and procedures
• Evaluate internal controls to assess the quality of performance
• Define standards and approaches for documentation and control design effectiveness
• Drive internal control awareness, knowledge, compliance, and excellence
• Communicate compliance issues to process owners and senior management

Regional Director – Internal Controls

Account Manager

• Achieving profitable and sustainable growth within their assigned market and sales territory
• Building relationships and understanding customer business in order to provide appropriate products and solutions
• Developing and implementing strategies to grow Barentz’ market presence and gross profit throughout the assigned market territory
• Utilizing product knowledge and sales experience to clearly deliver the value proposition to customers, existing and new
• Searching relentlessly for opportunities to partner with suppliers based on customer needs
• Sustaining and improving upon the level of service offered to customers via unique and new service initiatives
• Staying on top of and providing analyses of industry changes, emerging markets and market shifts
• Attending and recommending participation in industry tradeshows and other events
• Representing Barentz as a leader in the industry through conferences, social media platforms, etc.
• Incorporating appropriate sales techniques when prospecting new customers
• Preparing and delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations, where applicable
• Securing in-person customer visits with purchasing, R&D, and sales and marketing contacts at potential customers
• Addressing customer questions, concerns and inquiries with a sense of urgency and accuracy
• Sending quotes to new/existing customers and sample requests
• Participating in new product introductions, training, joint sales calls, and testing

• Monthly reporting of territory sales numbers to sales management
• Enter and maintain CRM data, including visit reports, projects, potentials/opportunities and price quotes in order to closely monitor and control the business.

Senior Account Manager

Business Development Rep

• Develop and implement individualized and detailed sales strategies to maintain and grow Barentz’ market presence and gross profit
• Prompt follow-up on company and principal supplied leads
• Move prospects through the sales process to secure new business, utilizing CRM software to monitor progress and document interactions
• Collaborate with Management and outside sales as needed on specific accounts within their territory
• Incorporate appropriate sales techniques when prospecting new customers, ensuring effective communication of Barentz’ brand and market presence
• Utilize product knowledge and sales experience to clearly deliver the value proposition to customers, existing and new
• Sustain and improve upon the level of service offered to our customers via unique and new service initiatives to ensure we are Creating Customer Success at all times
• Represent Barentz as a leader in the industry through conferences, industry events, social media platforms, networking events, etc.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, creating a network of resources for the future
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations, where applicable, either in person or virtually
• Serve as a liaison with Principal Management and Key Supplier(s) on specific accounts within the assigned territory
• Address customer questions, concerns and inquiries with a sense of urgency and accuracy
• Send quotes to new/existing customer and sample requests, etc., as required
• Participate in new product introductions, training, joint sales calls, and testing
• Support and lead by example, Barentz’ culture, values and fundamentals
