About the role

  • Act as a role model and ambassador for the Company to enhance BARBRI’s brand awareness and perception.
  • Carry out a wide range of activities to ensure the success of BARBRI.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings.
  • Track and report on projects to your line manager.

Requirements

  • Interest and experience in sales with a demonstrable track record in inbound sales, including achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ambitious, results-driven, and self-motivated, with the ability to lead by example, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for clear, persuasive, and influential dialogue.
  • Strong capability to negotiate, build rapport, and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Highly professional demeanor, taking pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining a positive reputation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Supportive team player with outstanding organisational and time management skills, able to coordinate and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM, with a solid understanding of its functionalities and best practices.
  • Proficient in using call management software; experience with Five9 software is particularly advantageous.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required to meet business needs.
  • Previous experience and success using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator are highly desirable.
  • Experience in the education or training sector would be beneficial.
  • Experience with law students and lawyers in the United States would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Additional languages would be beneficial but not essential.
