Technical Program Manager

• Lead production and operations improvement projects/activities to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to company goals. Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies across manufacturing operations. Partner with Finance to model cost structures and identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Partner with QA to implement and oversee CAPAs at ingredient suppliers and 3PL partners.
• Partner with R&D and Supply Chain team for new product development activities (e.g. production trials, supplier selection, and costing). Work closely with external vendors and internal teams to build packaging structures and configurations.
• Support product launches, manage ingredient changes, and ensure smooth scaling of operations at internal and external manufacturing locations.
• Build strong relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers ensuring alignment on service levels, quality, and cost efficiency. Participate in selection and onboarding of contract manufacturers, co-packers, and ingredient suppliers.
• Develop and manage KPIs for production efficiency, cost reduction, manufacturer performance, and on-time delivery.

Technical Operations Manager

• Develop and execute sales strategy for regional chains, independents, and specialty retailers.
• Align sales goals with company objectives, including revenue, profitability, and brand visibility.
• Identify and pursue channel-specific growth opportunities and long-term strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of account managers, ensuring engagement, development, and accountability.
• Own relationships with key regional and independent retail accounts.
• Drive new business development efforts, expanding distribution, and securing incremental placements.
• Manage trade spend, promotional planning, and customer marketing initiatives for assigned accounts.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate terms to maximize growth and profitability.
• Recruit, manage, and motivate broker partners to deliver sales and executional excellence.
• Oversee field coverage and strategy in partnership with account managers and the SVP of sales, developing merchandising standards and ensuring compliance with promotional programs.
• Provide clear expectations, training, and accountability for brokers and sales reps.
• Partner with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of programs.
• Provide market insights on trends, pricing, innovation, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with supply chain to ensure product availability and service levels meet customer needs.

• Own the Sales Planning and Category Management Functions
• Develop and execute category management strategies to achieve retailer objectives across our categories.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales forecast model that integrates customer inputs, shipment history, promotional plans, and inventory assumptions.
