Financial Planning and Analysis

• Maintain, analyze, and help develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for key business leaders
• Coordinate budget and forecast process cross-functionally to gather inputs and updates
• Own live P&L flash process
• Create and implement financial analyses and reporting based on short-term and long-term department and business needs
• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics, and use this knowledge to provide holistic financial analysis and recommendations
• Constantly innovate on processes to enable scalability, efficiency, and best practices
• Own Banza’s core operating and financial models
• Own & maintain Banza’s financial presentations and internal and external board deck materials
• Assist in the development of ROI framework for Banza initiatives and investments, and report out progress to stakeholders and management
• Provide analytical support for monthly and quarterly board meetings and assist in the assembly of all board and internal financial reporting
• Partner with management of internal manufacturing to own and maintain reporting of manufacturing data and KPIs

Finance Associate

Operations

• Order Processing and Management: Take full ownership and execute the complete order fulfillment process for assigned customer accounts across various distribution channels.
• Shipping and Logistics: Plan and coordinate customer shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, identify potential stockouts, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Support seasonal and promotional planning efforts to ensure timely product availability.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Brand Management, Accounting, Marketing) to address order inquiries, resolve shipping delays, dispute chargebacks, and improve fulfillment procedures.
• Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze order data, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order accuracy, delivery times, and other relevant metrics.

Operations Associate

Technical Program Manager

• Lead production and operations improvement projects/activities to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to company goals. Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies across manufacturing operations. Partner with Finance to model cost structures and identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Partner with QA to implement and oversee CAPAs at ingredient suppliers and 3PL partners.
• Partner with R&D and Supply Chain team for new product development activities (e.g. production trials, supplier selection, and costing). Work closely with external vendors and internal teams to build packaging structures and configurations.
• Support product launches, manage ingredient changes, and ensure smooth scaling of operations at internal and external manufacturing locations.
• Build strong relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers ensuring alignment on service levels, quality, and cost efficiency. Participate in selection and onboarding of contract manufacturers, co-packers, and ingredient suppliers.
• Develop and manage KPIs for production efficiency, cost reduction, manufacturer performance, and on-time delivery.

Technical Operations Manager

Sales

• Develop and execute sales strategy for regional chains, independents, and specialty retailers.
• Align sales goals with company objectives, including revenue, profitability, and brand visibility.
• Identify and pursue channel-specific growth opportunities and long-term strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of account managers, ensuring engagement, development, and accountability.
• Own relationships with key regional and independent retail accounts.
• Drive new business development efforts, expanding distribution, and securing incremental placements.
• Manage trade spend, promotional planning, and customer marketing initiatives for assigned accounts.

• Develop and maintain a robust sales forecast model that integrates customer inputs, shipment history, promotional plans, and inventory assumptions.
