Supports the Firms business objectives and contributes to the Markets profitability and revenue growth by ensuring the service expectations of our clients are met and exceeded
Proactively manages the client experience across the Market
ACRM functions as a member of the Market leadership team
Partners with the Market Client Relationship Manager in managing the Client Associates, Service Support Staff, and the Market's Operations functions
Participate in the overall delivery and management of the client service experience
Requirements
3 - 5 years financial services experience preferred
Series 7 (SIE, 7 Top-Off) AND Series 66 (or Series 63 AND Series 65)
Series 9 AND Series 10 (or Series 8) or equivalent licenses SIE strongly preferred
