Lead or participate in building and maintaining effective relationships with existing clients within their products or functional area
Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges requiring in-depth evaluation
Independently review and analyze client portfolios for cash flow, liquidity, leverage, working capital, debt coverage, collateral and enterprise value analysis
Prepare periodic reviews and interim underwriting memoranda
Partner with coverage teams to identify opportunities for modifications, renewals, and refinancings
Perform regular portfolio reviews to manage risk and lead problem loan resolutions
Collaborate with peers and functional partners to resolve client servicing requests
Provide feedback to product management to inform credit solution design
Contribute to large-scale planning related to product or specialty business objectives
Serve as a mentor for lower level staff
Requirements
5+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of financial statement analysis experience
5+ years of ABL/ factoring experience
5+ years of experience in a customer facing role
Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint/ Excel/ Word)
BS/BA in business, finance, economics or related field
Ability to travel 25%
