About the role
- Supports the Firms business objectives and contributes to the Markets profitability and revenue growth
- Ensures the service expectations of clients are met and exceeded
- Balances risk and exposure to the firm
- Acts as a direct report to the Division Client Relationship Manager (DCRM)
- Partners with the Market Client Relationship Manager in managing the Client Associates, Service Support Staff, and the Market's Operations functions
- Participates in the overall delivery and management of the client service experience for the Market
- Promotes satisfaction of client service expectations while balancing risk
- Participates in the management and training & development of the Market's Client Associates and Service Support Staff
Requirements
- Series 7 (SIE, 7 Top-Off) AND Series 66 (or Series 63 AND Series 65)
- Series 9 AND Series 10 (or Series 8) or equivalent licenses SIE strongly preferred
- If unlicensed, must pass the AP Reasoning Assessment
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Minimum 3 - 5 years financial services experience preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory, supervisory, and corporate policies and procedures
- Investment product knowledge (i.e., 401K, Options, Annuities, Tax, Retirement Plans, Money Funds, Mutual Funds, Liabilities, Margin, Trust Operations, etc.)
- Good organizational skills, including the ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize tasks
- Previous experience managing a team of at least 10 including the ability to monitor, influence, negotiate, supervise, and delegate a plus
