About the role
- Generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal cross functional teams
- Observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop strategies for new business and targeted clients
- Be within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
- Handle products and systems requiring technical knowledge with some customization within guidelines
- Contribute to frameworks for price negotiation and conditions
- Handle diverse clients in the region
- Cooperate with (technical) sales support for time to time
- Handle local focus on medium size territory
Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of working experience in Oilfield Services Sales
- Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Be fluent in English both oral and written with excellent all-round communication skills
- Be able to show good problem-solving and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrate ability to influence others and lead small teams and ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
- Have an ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
