About the role

  • Analyze performance of the sales team in depth and suggest areas to improve performance and productivity; lead go-to-market projects, identify root causes of issues & execute initiatives to enhance team performance.
  • Own the productivity of our sales executives as a core metric and create and run programs driving sales team motivation and performance through various R&R efforts.
  • Build and publish recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) covering lead conversion, pipeline health, retention, and productivity; maintain and continuously improve the sales performance database ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Use SQL and BI tools to extract and analyze large datasets, generating insights that guide scheme design and target deployment.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of customer behavior, market opportunities, and sales funnel performance.
  • Contribute to change management and go-to-market initiatives, providing root-cause analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Support strategic planning cycles (target setting, initiative design, roadmap creation) and deliver ad-hoc analytics to the leadership/management team.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills with experience in querying, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools (Google Slides/PowerPoint).
  • Solid problem-solving skills with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Clear and structured communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate with diverse sales teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as both a self-starter and a team player.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively managing competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with strategic thinking, market analysis, or sales strategy preferred.
