Maintain and grow business with key customers in the assigned market area.
Build strong relationships with key decision makers of current and potential clients.
Define, together with the Country Manager, a clear entry strategy for new clients adapted to the local market.
Organize and attend travel and trade shows in coordination with the Country Manager.
Develop and execute an effective sales strategy with priorities: conduct daily meetings with at least 5 clients, achieve sales targets, develop new business, increase sales with existing customers, collect market intelligence and competitor analysis, provide product feedback, monitor performance against budgets, deliver training programs, act as primary point of contact for customers, maintain agent database, support Accounts Receivable when required.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel industry.
Proven successful sales track record in the travel sector.
Strong communication and public speaking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
