About the role

  • Own the cross-promotion, retention, and reactivation strategy for playsupremacy.com, DTC channels, and partner integrations.
  • Design and drive the CRM engine to increase ARPU, LTV, and CRM-led revenue incrementally.
  • Lay the foundation of the CRM stack and operations with potential mandate to build a team.
  • Own CRM revenue impact across email, push, SMS, newsletters, and in-game messages from roadmap to execution.
  • Scale DTC performance through CRM touchpoints integrated into proprietary platforms.
  • Design, implement, and optimize a state-of-the-market CRM tooling stack supporting 360° orchestration.
  • Test and ship campaigns across segments, lifecycles, and product touchpoints benchmarked against incremental LTV and ROI.
  • Lead player segmentation and lifecycle automation strategies.
  • Onboard new partners and vendors into the CRM ecosystem.
  • Embed with Product, Tech, Live Ops, and Analytics; align CRM with product timelines and monetization levers.
  • Report to the Head of Product Marketing and drive CRM synergies with Stillfront Group.

Requirements

  • At least five years of practical experience with CRM in a freemium environment.
  • Business-savvy with ability to shape strategy and execute.
  • Hands-on: segmentation, copy review, campaign QA.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate and prioritize CRM projects.
  • Open and confident communicator able to interface with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Metrics-driven: focus on retention rate improvements, measurable incremental CRM revenue, share of cross-promoted users and revenues, DTC share increases, tooling and efficiency level-ups.
  • Nice to have: passion for strategy games, 4X gameplay or grand strategy.
  • Nice to have: leadership skills to scale a team.
