Administration

• Du bist erster Ansprechpartner im First- und Second-Level-Support und unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden bei Fragen zu Arbeitsplatzsystemen, Mobilgeräten und Druckern
• Im Ticketsystem behältst du den Überblick, priorisierst Anfragen und stellst eine effiziente Bearbeitung sicher
• Neuinstallationen von Arbeitsplatzsystemen und Mobilgeräten führst du eigenständig durch und bereitest das technische Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender vor
