About the role
- Active candidate search and direct outreach across multiple channels using Active Sourcing
- Participation in and organization of recruiting fairs
- Close collaboration with departments to determine and meet staffing needs
- Support for the recruiting team
- Monitoring and tracking of open application processes
- Process optimization within recruiting
- Implementation of social media strategies for talent acquisition
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial or technical field
- Solid knowledge of and practical experience in talent acquisition
- Prior experience with applicant management systems, ideally with softgarden
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Flexibility and initiative
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Business-fluent German, both written and spoken
